4SI / CORPORATE VISIONSTRATEGY 2033

Your whole
trusted life.
One Key.

One personal Presence Key as the front door to access, login, value and identity—supported by Presence Layer for trusted objects and Presence Home for governed relationships.

ONE FRONT END INDEPENDENT AUTHORITIES
THE EXPERIENCE TODAY

Trust comes
in pieces.

Credit cards.

Passports.

House keys.

Car keys.

Work badges.

Passwords.

Banking tokens.

Different object. Different app. Different recovery path. Every institution makes the human start again.

4SI wants to collapse the interface—not the independent institutions behind it.
THE MARKET CONDITION

Fragmented trust is not only inconvenient.
It is already a measurable loss surface.

17×

higher card-payment fraud when the recipient was outside the EEA, where strong customer authentication was not legally required and often not used.

These figures describe the surrounding market problem. They are not estimates of losses that Presence could have prevented.

THE EXPANSION PATH

One human.
One physical front end.
A world of possibilities.

The stages below describe increasing scope, not a fixed release schedule. Several may advance in parallel as evidence, regulation and qualified partnerships allow.

01 / THE PERSON

One human.
One Key.

The intended foundation is a durable relationship between a person and one personal physical trust anchor—not a new token for every provider.

  • Personally carried
  • Purpose-limited results
  • Lifecycle governed

ONE PERSON / ONE GOVERNED ENROLLMENT
02 / ACCESS

No ring of keys.
No stack of badges.

The same personal interface could be evaluated at a home, vehicle, workplace or controlled facility—under a different policy every time.

  • Buildings
  • Vehicles
  • Critical spaces

03 / SIGN IN

No password maze.
Still unmistakably you.

A digital service could ask for the same physical human participation at sign-in, recovery or a sensitive action—without owning the Key.

  • Internet login
  • Social media
  • Work systems
04 / VALUE

No wallet full of cards.
One deliberate act.

The long-horizon opportunity extends from everyday payment to banking and high-value wire approval wherever the expected human must be physically involved.

  • Payments
  • Banking
  • Wire approvals

VALUE MOVES ONLY AFTER THE RIGHT BOUNDARY
05 / IDENTITY

No passport booklet as the only interface.
Authority stays with the issuer.

Over the longer horizon, regulated issuers could make governed identity, travel or health proofs available through the same personal interface. 4SI would not replace the authority behind them.

  • Government identity
  • Travel
  • Health credentials

ONE INTERFACE / MANY AUTHORIZED PROOFS
06 / THE PARTNER CLOUD

One front end.
Every trusted partner.

No partner owns the Key. No Key is limited to one partner. The intended model is one consistent experience at the human, connected to many independently governed services.

Centralized frontend. Distributed identity, policy, compliance and final authority.

07 / THE AUTHORITY QUESTION

Artificial intelligence may become human-level—or better.
Authority still has to be legitimate.

The strategic question will no longer be only what software can do. It will be who may let it act, under which policy and on whose behalf. Selected consequential actions should remain connected to authentic physical authority and accountable institutions.

THE NORTH STAR / CONNECTED EXPERIENCES

Design toward
zero.

0

approvals from a stolen card alone.

0

locks to replace when a connected credential is revoked.

0

passwords the human must remember for a connected service.

1

governed recovery relationship centered on the human.

Directional design targets for fully connected partner workflows—not current performance guarantees.

THE PRESENCE ARCHITECTURE

The Key is the front door.
Layer and Home make it a platform.

One platform, three distinct roles. Independent institutions keep identity, eligibility, policy, compliance and the final decision.

PERSON / FRONT END

Presence Key.

The central personal relationship: one physical front end for deliberate human participation across access, login, value, identity and autonomous action.

OBJECT / TRUST

Presence Layer.

The trust layer for products and physical objects. It helps establish that the item in front of a system—not merely its record—is genuine, rebuilding confidence across commerce and supply chains.

RELATIONSHIP / POLICY

Presence Home.

The shared, governed home where verified people, trusted objects and institutions can establish relationships, match requests and interact under explicit policy.

Key keeps the human at the center.
Layer expands what can be trusted. Home makes those relationships operable.

THE COMPANY THESIS

4SI does not need to replace every institution behind the interface.
It needs to become the interface they can all choose.

01UTILITY

Every qualified partner makes one Key more useful.

Access, login, value and identity converge around the same human experience.

02DISTRIBUTION

Every consequential boundary becomes a point of entry.

4SI can begin with one narrow institutional workflow and expand only after it earns evidence.

03INFRASTRUCTURE

Integration knowledge and assurance evidence compound.

The interface becomes harder to replace as deployment depth grows—without taking final authority away from partners.

One product relationship at the human.
A growing network of independently governed systems behind it.

Strategy 2033 is a directional framework. It is not a product-release schedule, a guarantee that every integration domain will be available, or a claim of current partnerships, certifications or regulatory approval. Product form, validation and deployment scope may change as evidence develops.

THE LONG HORIZON STARTS NARROW

One boundary.
Proven well.
Then the world.

Build the evidence at one consequential workflow. Earn the right to become infrastructure from there.
