The 4SI Fellowship / Inaugural cohort

A place
at the table.

We are bringing together 60 Founding Fellows whose experience and independent judgment can help shape 4SI—from the questions we ask to the products we build.

01 / Why this exists

The right perspective
changes the question.

4SI is developing infrastructure that helps digital systems verify the people, objects and actions they depend on. That work needs judgment from people who understand what is at stake.

Operators, researchers, builders and institutional leaders. People who can question an assumption, open a conversation or see a use we have missed. The Fellowship brings those perspectives into a direct relationship with the team.

02 / Your place at 4SI

Close to the team.
Room to make a difference.

01

A direct conversation.

Access to the founder and team. Early context on the product, the company and the decisions taking shape.

02

A considered cohort.

60 founding places for distinct experience and judgment. Relationships built through a shared interest in what 4SI can become.

03

Your perspective, in practice.

Open calls for advice, introductions and feedback. Contribute where you can add something. No fixed hours or task quotas.

03 / Fellowship Participation Pool

60 Fellows. Equal awards.Virtual participation · illustration not to scale.

Share in what
you help shape.

We have created the Fellowship Participation Pool because we believe the people helping shape 4SI should be able to share in the value it creates. Every Founding Fellow is offered the same virtual participation award, subject to company approval and a signed agreement.

Each award requires company approval and signed terms. Vesting and dilution apply. Virtual participation confers no equity ownership or guaranteed payout.

04 / Becoming a Fellow

It starts with
your perspective.

  1. 01

    Introduce yourself.

Tell us about your work and the perspective you would bring. We’ll explore whether the Fellowship is a good fit for both sides.

  2. 02

    Meet the founder.

A direct conversation about your experience, your interests and whether the relationship makes sense.

  3. 03

    Agree your place.

Admission requires written acceptance and a completed Fellowship Advisory Agreement signed by both parties. Your advisory scope, duration and the terms of the standard virtual participation award are documented before the engagement begins.

A few details

Worth knowing.

Who is the Fellowship for?

People with distinct experience, sound judgment and a reason to care about what 4SI is building. Your perspective matters more than a particular job title. Introductions are reviewed by the founder.

What does being a Fellow involve?

An advisory relationship shaped around your experience and availability. Open calls are invitations to contribute. There are no minimum hours, fixed monthly calls or compulsory task quotas. Individual responsibilities are set out in your signed agreement.

What is the Fellowship Participation Pool?

The pool provides virtual participation in future value growth, with the same award offered to every Founding Fellow. It does not issue shares or confer voting rights. Each award requires company approval and signed terms governing vesting, dilution and any payment. Requesting to join or joining does not itself grant an award, and a payment is not guaranteed.

How are Fellowship terms documented?

Each advisory engagement is documented in a completed Fellowship Advisory Agreement before services begin. The agreement records the scope, duration and terms of the standard virtual participation award. Requesting to join, creating an account or joining the Fellowship does not itself grant an award or financial entitlement.

Can I use the title Founding Fellow?

After formal admission, you may use “Founding Fellow” with For Safety Group, following the programme’s affiliation guidance. The title does not confer employment, a board position or authority to act for the company.

How do I access the portal?

Following selection, you receive a personal access code. The code lets you create an account; access to the Fellowship workspace follows written acceptance and a Fellowship Advisory Agreement signed by both parties.
