Agreement and operator

These Presence Key Reservation Terms (the “Reservation Terms”) govern your submission to the Presence Key release-interest program (the “Reservation”). The program is operated by For Safety Group Inc. (4SI), 11201 North Tatum Boulevard, Suite 300 PMB #365, Phoenix, Arizona 85028, United States.

By selecting the required acknowledgement and submitting the Reservation form, you confirm that you have read and accept these Reservation Terms. The general Terms of Use also govern your use of the website, and the Privacy Policy explains how 4SI processes personal data. If a provision conflicts, these Reservation Terms control only for the Reservation program.

If you submit for an organization or another person, you represent that you have authority to provide the submitted information and make the acknowledgements on their behalf. A Reservation may not be sold, transferred or assigned.

What the Reservation is—and is not

The Reservation records your present interest in receiving information about a possible future Presence Key release. It allows 4SI to understand potential demand, regional interest and finish preferences. It is free and non-binding.

The Reservation is not:

• an order, preorder, purchase, sale or contract for goods;
• a deposit, payment authorization, subscription or paid waiting list;
• a guaranteed place in a queue, production allocation or priority right;
• a promise that a Key will be produced, offered, shipped or delivered;
• an obligation for you to accept a Key or enter any later agreement; or
• permission for 4SI to charge you or send a product automatically.

Eligibility and accurate information

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live, and legally capable of accepting these Reservation Terms. The Reservation is intended for an individual’s own release interest. The current form accepts one Key preference per submission.

You agree to provide accurate, current information and an email address you control. Do not provide sensitive personal information in a free-text field or use another person’s identity without authorization. 4SI may reject, consolidate or remove duplicate, automated, incomplete, fraudulent, abusive or technically invalid submissions and may use proportionate anti-abuse controls.

A confirmation email shows that the submission was received. It does not confirm identity, eligibility, allocation, availability or acceptance of an order.

The product is still a release plan

Presence Key is under development. Images, prototypes, demonstrations and descriptions may show design intent rather than the final product. Hardware, software, services, biometric or enrollment requirements, materials, finishes, dimensions, accessories, compatibility, supported uses, durability, service life, packaging and regulatory status may change before any release.

References to 2027 describe 4SI’s current planning direction. They are not a launch date, shipping representation, delivery estimate or guarantee. Development, testing, manufacturing, approvals, supply, program design and commercial priorities may delay, limit or prevent a release.

Your selected finish is a preference only. 4SI may change finish names, materials or availability and does not reserve inventory based on that selection.

Availability and allocation

Any future release may be limited by country or region, age, identity-verification availability, compatibility, applicable law, export or sanctions controls, manufacturing capacity, service coverage, partner readiness or other operational requirements. Availability in one place or for one group does not imply availability elsewhere.

4SI may use a controlled release, pilot, invitation, waitlist, random selection, regional sequence or other allocation method. Unless 4SI expressly states otherwise in a later written offer, submission time does not determine priority and a Reservation has no monetary or transferable value.

4SI may ask you to reconfirm interest, region or eligibility before a possible invitation. Failure to respond may cause the Reservation to expire without liability.

A future order requires a new decision

If 4SI is prepared to offer a Presence Key, it may send a separate invitation containing the then-current product description, eligibility criteria, availability, timing, fulfillment terms, applicable charges and legal terms. An invitation is not itself an order unless it expressly says so.

You will have the opportunity to review that information and choose whether to continue. 4SI will not treat silence, inaction or the existing Reservation as consent to an order, payment, recurring arrangement or shipment.

No product will be shipped solely because you submitted a Reservation. Before shipment, 4SI must obtain a separate express request or agreement to receive the product and the information reasonably required to fulfill it. Any later order or product relationship will be governed by the terms presented at that stage, not by these Reservation Terms alone.

Cost, payment and fulfillment

The Reservation costs $0. No payment method is requested, stored or authorized through the Reservation form, and the Reservation cannot create an automatic future charge.

4SI currently plans to make the Presence Key itself available without a product price. This is a current program intention—not a binding offer or price guarantee. Shipping, handling, taxes, duties, import charges, optional accessories, replacement arrangements, partner services or other costs may depend on the final release and destination.

If any cost, commitment, delivery condition or material limitation applies later, it will be disclosed before you make a separate affirmative decision. A future ordering process will provide the applicable cancellation, delay, shipping, return and consumer-rights information required for that transaction. The Reservation does not start any shipment or delivery period.

Operational communications only

4SI may use your email address to:

• confirm receipt and provide a Reservation reference;
• verify, administer, secure or correct the Reservation;
• request reconfirmation of interest or eligibility;
• communicate a material product, timing or program change;
• send a possible release invitation; or
• confirm withdrawal, expiration or closure of the program.

Submitting a Reservation does not enroll you in unrelated marketing and is not consent to recurring promotional email. Operational messages may be necessary to administer the Reservation. Delivery is not guaranteed; you are responsible for maintaining access to the submitted address and checking message filtering.

Data and privacy

4SI processes the name, email address, country or region, selected finish, quantity, acknowledgements, submission time, Reservation reference and limited security or anti-abuse signals used to administer the program. 4SI does not collect payment credentials or a shipping address at this stage.

Processing, service providers, international transfers, retention, security and applicable privacy rights are described in the Privacy Policy. Reservation data may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the program, document the acknowledgement, address disputes, protect the service and meet legal obligations, subject to applicable law.

The Reservation is not an identity-verification or Presence enrollment process. Do not submit biometric data, identity documents, financial information, medical information, passwords or other sensitive content.

Withdrawal, rejection and program closure

You may withdraw at any time before a later order by emailing contact@by4si.com from the submitted address and, where available, including the Reservation reference. Withdrawal ends future administration of the active Reservation, subject to limited retention permitted or required under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

4SI may reject or cancel a Reservation, limit participation, suspend submissions, change the process or end the program. Where reasonably practicable, 4SI will communicate a material change, prolonged undecided status or closure to the submitted address. Because the Reservation is free and does not create an allocation or purchase right, cancellation does not entitle you to a product, substitute, refund, credit or compensation.

4SI will not convert an existing Reservation into a paid order or automatic shipment through an amendment to these terms. That always requires a separate express decision from you.

Reliance, warranties and responsibility

The Reservation program is provided for release-interest administration. Do not make travel, purchasing, deployment, disposal, security, staffing or other commitments in reliance on a planned product, image, feature, finish, date, invitation or allocation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Reservation program is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, confirmation delivery, future availability or error-free operation. 4SI is not responsible for loss arising solely from reliance on a non-binding release plan or an unavailable product, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Reservation Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence or any statutory or consumer right that cannot be waived. The liability provisions in the Terms of Use otherwise apply to use of the website and free Reservation service.

Changes, governing law and general terms

4SI may update these Reservation Terms prospectively to reflect the program, law, security or operational requirements. The effective date and version will appear at the top of this page. A material change will not retroactively create an order, payment obligation, shipment consent or guaranteed allocation. Where required, 4SI will provide notice or request renewed acknowledgement.

These Reservation Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and any jurisdiction that cannot be waived, state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona have exclusive jurisdiction.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. 4SI may assign the program and these Reservation Terms in connection with a financing, reorganization, merger, acquisition or transfer of the relevant business. You may not assign a Reservation without 4SI’s written consent.

These Reservation Terms, together with the incorporated website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement concerning the free Reservation. They do not replace any separate terms you may later accept for a product, enrollment, service, partner integration or order.
