Store & pre-order information

The Store is operated by For Safety Group, Inc. (4SI), 11201 North Tatum Boulevard, Suite 300 PMB #365, Phoenix, AZ 85028, United States. Contact: contact@by4si.com. This information covers the Personal and Enterprise Store, including Keys, readers, accessories, software, residential access and future third-party listings.

“Pre-order” and “Pre-order request” mean an expression of release interest or a request to discuss a proposed setup. They do not create a purchase order, contract of sale, stock allocation, subscription, payment authorization or delivery commitment. No deposit or payment details are collected. Adding something to Your bag or Your setup does not submit it to 4SI.

A single-Key release reservation is governed by the Key reservation terms. Other selections and volume requests lead to an inquiry. A receipt or reply confirms receipt of your request, not an accepted order. You can withdraw an inquiry or reservation at any time by emailing 4SI; no cancellation fee applies.

“Planned arrival 2027” is the current release target, not a promised shipment, installation or service date. Development, qualification, approvals, manufacturing, partner integration and regional availability may change or prevent a release. No queue position or allocation is guaranteed.

The request is free. This does not mean that every listed product, installation, service, accessory, delivery or future subscription will be free. Final pricing, taxes, shipping and any recurring charges must be disclosed separately before you choose to order. The current Key product-price intention is explained in its reservation terms.

Images and demonstrations show intended products and uses, including rendered and AI-assisted visualizations. They do not establish a production specification, installed customer reference, certification or suitability for a particular task. Final dimensions, materials, finish, kit contents, power connections, performance, software features and supported services must be confirmed for the offered product.

Existing doors, vehicles, accounts and payment services do not work with Presence automatically. Integration and validation are required. Residential or commercial access needs a suitable lock or controller, installation assessment and independent emergency escape and fallback arrangements. A Store inquiry is not a safety approval or authorization to deploy.

Quantities, regions, organization size, user counts and project timing help us assess your requirements. A selection is indicative, not a binding quotation, procurement acceptance or capacity reservation. Evaluation scope, acceptance criteria, responsibilities, data protection, licensing, support, installation and commercial terms require a separate agreement with the relevant parties.

Do not submit confidential technical information, security secrets or sensitive personal information through a general inquiry. An NDA or appropriate secure channel can be arranged before restricted information is shared.

Existing Presence web access has its own account terms and privacy notice. Selecting software here does not create an account, license or paid subscription. References to 2027 concern the planned rollout of the Store offering.

Any future third-party offer must identify its manufacturer, seller, purchase destination and stated compatibility. A category, illustration or mention of a brand does not establish a partnership, endorsement, reseller appointment or universal compatibility. Third-party purchases are subject to the seller’s disclosed terms.

A separate ordering process must show the seller, final product and compatibility information, total price and applicable charges, availability and delivery terms, cancellation and return rights, legal guarantees and any subscription conditions. An order requires a new affirmative decision; neither silence nor an existing reservation authorizes payment or shipment.

These request-stage terms do not waive mandatory consumer protections or replace the information and product-compliance obligations required for a later sale. There is currently no paid checkout to complete on this website.

The Privacy Policy explains information submitted with an inquiry; the Browser storage policy explains your local bag and setup. An inquiry does not enroll you in unrelated marketing. The Terms of Use govern the public website. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Changes apply prospectively and cannot turn an earlier request into an order.
