What an Exposure means

An Exposure is a 4SI analytical pattern supported by reviewed signals. It evaluates a systemic trust boundary, authority process, action type, sector or region. It is not a vulnerability disclosure, finding against a named organization, audit, certification or official register.

Status and confidence

New, Accelerating, Persistent, Watching and Cooling describe movement inside the published reviewed corpus. They do not establish global prevalence. Critical means strong evidence, high action relevance and separately documented human approval; it is not a government finding or assertion that exploitation is certain.

Limitations

Evidence may be incomplete, delayed, revised or unevenly distributed. Source fact, observed signal, validated pattern, 4SI assessment, modeled exposure, uncertainty and watch signals are intentionally separate layers. Users must review the direct sources and uncertainty before acting.

No professional advice

The Radar is not legal, investment, insurance, regulatory or individualized security advice. It does not replace organization-specific risk analysis, due diligence, testing or professional judgment.
