Scope and controller

For Safety Group Inc. controls the research processing described here. The Radar evaluates systemic trust boundaries and processes, not individual people or the security posture of named companies.

Sources and data categories

Research sources include government and regulator publications, court and law-enforcement materials, official company disclosures, standards bodies, peer-reviewed research, official research institutes and established media used as secondary confirmation.

Records may contain organization names, official job titles, names of public officials or spokespersons when necessary to understand an official source, dates, locations, incident descriptions and source URLs. 4SI minimizes personal data and does not ordinarily publish victim names, private employee contact details, sensitive categories, biometric identifiers, private images, voices or target information.

Purposes

• verify and document public-source incidents;
• separate source fact from 4SI inference;
• cluster validated incidents by trust boundary, authority and action;
• produce versioned research indicators and economic scenario ranges;
• detect duplicates, maintain source integrity and handle corrections;
• explain systemic Presence and Authority gaps to institutions and the public.

Public availability alone is not treated as unrestricted permission. Source terms, copyright, database rights, necessity and proportionality remain part of editorial review.

AI assistance and human review

AI-assisted tools may support classification, comparison, drafting and quality checks in the research workflow. AI output is not accepted as a fact or source. Public facts must map to cited evidence. Exposure-level inferences are labeled as 4SI analysis, and Critical status requires separate documented human approval. The public website does not call an AI service when a visitor reads or filters the Index or Radar.

Accuracy, retention and deletion

Published source records are retained while they support the public research record, then reviewed for continued necessity, correction or archival treatment. Corrections preserve an internal change record so the public analysis remains accountable. Contact and rights correspondence is normally retained for up to 24 months, longer only when needed for an active relationship, legal obligation or claim. Browser privacy preferences remain on the visitor’s device until cleared or replaced.

Requests and corrections

To request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a source update, email contact@by4si.com. 4SI may request proportionate information to verify the requester and locate the relevant record. Applicable legal exceptions may limit a request, including preservation of a defensible public record, legal obligations and freedom-of-expression interests.
