Source rights and notices.
How 4SI uses sources
4SI writes original summaries, uses limited quotations only where necessary, links directly to publishers, attributes source ownership and does not reproduce full articles, paywalled material, unlicensed press images, third-party charts or protected commercial databases. Automated collection must respect source terms, access controls and applicable copyright and database rights.
No blanket claim is made that every use is fair use or permitted quotation. Each use depends on context, amount, purpose, source and applicable law.
Copyright or database-right notice
Send notices to contact@by4si.com with identification of the protected work, the 4SI URL, the challenged use, your contact information, your basis for acting and a good-faith statement. 4SI does not claim a registered DMCA agent through this page.
Review and action
4SI may request additional information, restrict or remove content while reviewing a credible notice, restore or revise content where supported, and preserve a record necessary for rights management and dispute handling. False or materially incomplete notices may delay review.
