Website delivery

Vercel delivers pages and security headers and may process IP address, request time, requested path, browser or device information, referrer and security events in infrastructure logs.

Contact

The contact form processes name, email, organization where supplied, topic, message, consent record, submission time and technical anti-abuse signals. The message is delivered through Resend to 4SI.

Public-source research

The Index and Radar process the source and research categories described in the Public-Source Research Privacy Notice. Page filtering occurs locally in the browser against static JSON and does not create a user profile.

Local privacy choice

The site stores 4si_privacy_preferences_v1 in local storage to remember the visitor’s choice. No advertising or optional analytics tracker is currently activated by accepting that interface.

Purposes and legal bases

• website delivery and security: legitimate interests in making the service available and protecting it;
• responding to inquiries: steps requested before a possible relationship, performance of a relationship, or legitimate interests in correspondence;
• public-source research: legitimate interests in documenting and explaining systemic trust risks, balanced against the nature, context, necessity and impact of the data;

• optional technologies, if introduced later: consent before activation where required.

4SI applies data minimization, source attribution, correction routes and human review. No broad journalistic exemption is claimed by this notice.

Recipients and processors

Current website service categories are Vercel for hosting, CDN, serverless contact processing and operational logs, and Resend for contact-email delivery. Authorized 4SI personnel and professional advisers may receive data when necessary. No ad network, data broker or cross-context behavioral advertising recipient is used by the public site.

International transfers

For Safety Group Inc. is located in the United States, and the identified providers may process data in the United States or other provider locations. Where the GDPR requires a transfer mechanism, 4SI uses an applicable mechanism such as an adequacy decision or contractual safeguards and assesses supplementary measures as appropriate.
